Our cooking class is a house with yester- year style decoration, simple and elegant, you are lead the culture of Vietnamese kitchen.As well as all cooking utensils will tell you about the Vietnamese way of life in the past. Smart, enthusiastic, experienced, along with our professional Chefs, you will discover The Vietnamese Gastronmy Art, you will learn the typical Vietnamese dishes, the dining etiquette, how to master a chopstick, and savor your own culinary creation in a relaxing ambiance.
Morning class : 9.30 a.m – 12.30 p.m
Afternoon class : 3.00 p.m- 18.30 p.m
Go to The Cookery Center, Receiving materials and handbook of each, prepare for cooking
Practise cooking after the introductions of Vietnamese Chef with
different menu everyday.
Have lunch or dinner with the dishes made by yourself.

- Vietnamese spring rolls ( Chả giò)
- Tomato soup with eggs ( Canh cà chua trứng bông)
- Fish in clay pot ( Cá kho tộ)
- Steam rice with pandan leaf ( cơm hấp lá dứa)
Desset: Sweet bean soup ( Chè đậu)
Note: The menu can be change for exclusive bookings.
The price may be changed if there is any special change request.
Price: 28 USD/pax
Included: Admision fee, material of cooking, four dishes and one dessert.
Excluded: Transportation to Cookery Class
